Usually the computer casing that we use is made by metal and looks complicated with all the 3.5″ and 5.25″ bays in it. So, what if simplicity is your lifestyle, and you don’t like casing design like alienware? Probably you will need something like this :-
This computer casing was made by hand using oak hardwood and 1/4″ amber-tinted plexiglass. The casing comes with a set of computer specifications. There is only 1 unit available, which means it is unique and you won’t see anyone else using the same casing as you are! The uniqueness somehow raises the selling price, which is USD$2000 plus a shipping fee of USD$35 (only will ship within the US).

Stylish Handmade PC Casing
If you noticed, some blogs started to use tags as category to organize posts. Too bad I still do not have time to convert all my posts according to tags. Anyhow, soon I will convert most if not all of the posts according to tags that compliant with Technorati for the sake of easy searching.
Tag is useful not only in blogging. Now we can search Musics, Bands, Movies, Books, and Web Sites through Tagomatic.
Tagomatic is a free community-based service that allows users to tag similar entities of entertainment media. Fans of music, movies, books, and web sites can tag their favorite items with something similar to them, hence helps in searching through the whole Internet. For music lovers, this means finding new bands that are similar to bands they already listen to. Movie and book lovers can find recommendations on Tagomatic as well. The web site search feature will be something similar to Technorati.

Since I have shared with you all some quizzes, like the Phishing IQ Test, Google Quiz and a Real IQ Test. So, I thought of sharing a quiz related to Linux with you guys, who knows there are some Linux guru over here. :)
Well, I’m not a Linux user and I would not dare to say I am, as I only used Knoppix a few times before. So, I do not dare to take the quiz.
There is a Linux Quiz from cNet, which tests your knowledge about Linux Operating System. Only 10 questions need to answered.
Enjoy.
I have just come across a very well written article comparing mobile processors, both Intel Pentium-M (Dothan) and AMD Turion64. I know, there are tons of articles comparing the two, but I found this selected review is comparing as scientifically fair as possible. In other words, the review picked laptops with the specifications as close as possible and running benchmarks more than once to produce reliable results, not like some other reviews comparing totally different laptop setups (like this one).
Of course, there are limitations of the review (which doesn’t?), such as running most of the benchmarking off the AC plug. This is because running off AC plug and off the battery would possibly results in difference on performance of the laptop.
Furthermore, you will definitely be surprised of some benchmarking results like file compression, multimedia and battery life. After reading through the review, I can’t agree more with some of the conclusions made.

Derrick Hixson, a Mac Mini user who submitted an impressive Mac Mini modification, using a toy Millennium Falcon as show in the picture below.
He (and his buddies) disassembled some of the plastic pieces inside the toy, in order to fit the mac mini into the toy. They even added a USB extension port in front of the toy. Furthermore, a state-of-the-art video camera from Apple, Apple iSight was installed into the top hatch of the Millennium Falcon !!

I have created a new page solely for all 6 Google Talk Themes that I made in the past few days. Do check out the link at the side bar on your right.
I didn’t know the Google Talk Themes I have created would receive such a good respond from all over the world. Anyway, thank you for your support. I have written a short tutorial guiding you to create your own Google Talk Theme as well. Hope you like it. :)
Since I posted all 6 themes in different posts in the past few days, I thought might as well do a compilation of all themes here. On top of that, as promised I will show a simple tutorial of changing the colour of Google Talk.

Here goes the tutorial :-
- 1. You will need a Resource Editor/Viewer. Download anyone according to your preference.
- 2. Open the original googletalk.exe, which usually resides in C:\Program Files\Google\Google Talk folder.
- 3. Duplicate the original googletalk.exe, just in case you might screw up editing the file.
- 4. Open the duplicated copy of googletalk.exe using the Resource Editor.
- 5. Expand the Bitmap tree and save bitmaps 139, 5001-5104, and 6007 (these are the files you need to edit the colour).
- 6. Edit these bitmaps files, different bitmaps represent different portion of Google Talk’s interface.
- 7. After editing to your desired colour, replace the original bitmaps with the edited ones.
- 8. Save it and enjoy. :)
If you find this tutorial useful, please feel free to link back. Thanks.
