Good news to J2ME mobile phone users !!

Now you can view Google Map in your mobile phone using Mobile GMaps. :)

You are able to view “Jesus Face” in you mobile phone too. LoL !!

According to the developer of this great application, Mobile GMaps is a free piece of software that displays Google Maps and Keyhole satellite imagery on Java J2ME-enabled mobile phones or other devices, such as Blackberry, Palm, Pocket PC, etc. One thing good about Mobile GMap is it runs on devices that support CLDC 1.0 and MIDP 1.0 or later. In other words, it supports old generation Java J2ME phone, like my Nokia 6610 !!

Anyway, if you are not sure whether your mobile phone supports which version of J2ME, feel free to check the phone models that support MIDP 1.0 and MIDP 2.0.
