i prefer spam karma over akismet, my experience with akismet is that it slows down wordpress a lot.
spam karma in combination with math-comment does the job 100%!
you are using math-comment, what you should do is exchange the numbers with words in the interface, so that it reads: seven + two instead of 7 + 2.
