In this review, Hafiz discloses 2 popular free navigation application for mobile phone as alternatives to some fee-based satellite navigation applications. Anyway, Smart2Go is the main focus of the review after all.
Basically, the review covers from the installation of Smart2Go to navigating the Nokia Maps using the Smart2Go. As a Malaysian, Hafiz tried on navigating from Jalan Ampang to Jalan Tun Razak in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia map. Just about a year ago, I blogged about Nokia Mobile Search, which is a free application for Nokia mobile phones to search local services, websites, images and mobile contents. Besides, I also blogged about the free mobile mapping service provided by Mobile GMaps for viewing Google Maps on Nokia mobile phones.
Well, today I present you another free service by Nokia, its latest mobile mapping service : Smart2go!
Smart2go is basically a new service for Nokia mobile phone users to browse high resolution map with locations details on mobile phones. With Smart2go, when you come across any happening places you can save them as your favourite spots then share with your friends.
Nokia have just revealed 3 new high end N-Series mobile phones at CES (Consumer Electronics Show) 2007, which is held from 8-11 January, in Las Vegas.

Nokia N76 is a 3G multimedia clamshell smartphone. It has been perceived to be the answer from Nokia to Motorola RAZR series as it has a thickness of only 14mm when folded!
Just like the Motorola RAZR models, Nokia N76 also features a flat metal keypad too. In term of multimedia features, Nokia N76 is integrated with a 2-megapixel camera, a MP3 player, a FM radio and a 2.4-inch colour screen. An advatage N76 has is that it comes with a standard 3.5mm headphone jack to enable you to use your own headphones to listen to music. The hot swappable microSD slot allows you to expand the memory up to 2GB without turning off the mobile phone.
San Francisco has become the first city in the U.S. to offer safer sex advice to teenagers via SMS. With this latest service come to live, it’s no doubt the city is currently ranked just behind Seattle as the nation’s most “unwired city†in the U.S.
The text-messaging program is basically directed at young people ages 12 to 24. According to Michelle Irving, a 22-year-old peer educator with the city’s Department of Public Health, a lot of teenagers don’t go to clinics, and they’re afraid to ask questions regarding sex, such as problem with broken condoms and how to respond to pressures to have sex.

Safer Sex : Ask For Sex Info Via SMS
Sony Ericsson just announced to integrate Google free blogging service – Blogger (or blogspot) into its handsets. Meanwhile, Google web search will be added in as well.
The world first few mobile phones to have the pre-loaded blogging application with Google icon are K610 UMTS phone, K800 and K790. The pre-loaded application on the phones will allow Blogger users to update their blogs, including posting photos from their Sony Ericsson phones. The collaboration between Sony Ericsson and Google makes Google web search as the standard search engine for all Sony Ericsson phones. The search is highly customized and allowing searches from within any page being browsed on the phone.

Sony Ericsson Brings Blogging & Google Search Into Mobile Phones
