   If it has afro, then it is sai baba, if botak, then Lord Buddha, hahaha….and I wonder how people knows Jesus looks like that. Who knows, Jesus may be Chinese. :O)

   Nobody knows how’s Jesus look like.. On what i know, God created us based on His own image..

   Ahem, I am a Christian. From my understanding as a Christian, each of us is a tiny piece of God. We are like billions of tiny pieces which will form together to make a complete jigsaw puzzle (i.e. the world in whole). Now you are totally puzzled, I know. Never mind…

    By the way, since no body knows how Jesus Christ looks like, how come there are statues with his face on it?

    Really no offence because I have no religion, and I am always curious to know more about other religions. That’s the reason I ask. :)

    “Where is he who has been born the king of jews…” matthew 2:2 -> so chinese is out of the question :p

    “So God created man in His own image. in the image of God he created him;..” Genesis 1:27 -> does not imply that adam looked physically like god, but that he has the knowledge of Good and Evil, like god has.

    jesus is not god.
    ” Hear O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one ” Mark 12:29 -> jesus said “our god” , means he is also under God almighty.

    and only catholics worship idols and statues with an assumed image of jesus, most other christian denominations do not.

    But 1 thing I dont agree with saeng.. actually JESUS IS GOD. The Father, The Son and the Holy Spirit are ONE.

    Jesus Christ is true God and true man, having been conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary, He died on the cross as sacrifice for our sins according to the Scriptures. Further, He rose bodily from the dead, ascended into Heaven, where at the right hand of the Majesty on high, He is now our High Priest and Advocate.

    Hey Saeng, you really memorized everything from the bible? I’m sure you will get an A if there is an exam asking questions like what we have discussed. :p

    haha i dont memorise the bible la…remembered bits and pieces only. besides i have a bible with me to confirm from which book they’re from.

    loudspeaker: i’m sure god is only one. but wouldnt it be weird that jesus kept talking to himself if he and God are one? example:

    “Eli, Eli lama sabachtanni.. ( my god my god why have you forsaken me..)” matthew 27:45 -> when jesus was crucified.

    now i’m confused ;p i’ve always thought of jesus as the son of god.

    about the shroud of turin..i dont think it’s jesus’..it could be anyone from that era? i believe you can only know how jesus look like if you found the cloth that st. veronica used to wipe jesus’ face on his way to cavalry. it is said that his face was imprinted on that cloth. the whereabouts of that cloth…god knows :p no pun intended.

    I don’t take it kindly when you said ‘Catholics worship idols and statues’. But then, what do you know? Because you seem to be extremely confused with the Holy Trinity, which is the basic of Christianity. That’s the problem when men tried too hard and think they are smart when they can quote Bible verses.

    Jesus is God…i’m really sure of it. God can transform to anything..becoz He is God..haleyuya..understand the scripture with the spirit not ur wisdom…
