Ok guys, let’s make it Google Map’s Week (i’ve just blogged more than 4 articles about Google Map this week !!) Anyway, by using Google Map, we have seen Jesus Face on the Earth surface and Hitler’s base :D , we can even view them on your mobile phone, so what’s next?
Now we can view the moon surface !!!
In fact, Google Moon is an extension of Google Map and Google Earth that, courtesy of NASA imagery that enables us to surf the Moon’s surface and check out the exact spots that the Apollo astronauts made their landings.
Furthermore, Google Moon is part development of the lunar hosting and research center : Google Copernicus (In fact, the launch of this development center was on one of the April Fool :D ). Google also confirm that on July 20th, 2069, in honor of the 100th anniversary of mankind’s first manned lunar landing, Google will fully integrate Google Local search capabilities into Google Moon, which will allow our users to quickly find lunar business addresses, numbers and hours of operation, among other valuable forms of Moon-oriented local information. LoL
By the way, try to zoom in the Google Moon, you might be able to see the surface clearer. Kekekke….
Hint : Google Copernicus Hosting Environment and Experiment in Search Engineering :D
I just like Google sense of humor. :)
