Computer peripheral maker, IKEY, has introduced its AquaPointâ„¢ optical, waterproof mouse, which is named DT-OM. The special feature it has to be a industry standard waterproof mouse is the NEMA 4X AquaPointâ„¢.

TV Show Made For Mobile Phone

As a fan of mobile phone technology, I am grateful to see the launch of innovative mobile services. The announcement of launching TV show specially made for mobile phone is definitely a good news to me. This TV show will be a total of 25-minutes series, comprising five 5-minutes episodes.

Basically, the story line is about 2 motorcycle racers are competing each other to woo for the same woman. The show is named “Appointment“. :)

Motorola has just announced the launch of Moto Q, which they claim is the world’s thinnest and lightest handset with a qwerty keypad. The Moto Q is expected to be available in Q1 of 2006.

Moto Q is designed to deliver a mobile office experience, like what its close rival Blackberry does. Moto Q combines quality voice, data, and multimedia in one amazing “RAZR-thin” package (13.9mm thin!!). Hence, Motorola believes Moto Q helps make mobility = productivity.

After almost 3 months since the first launch of AMD Athlon64 X2 processors, AMD has added a new member to their 64bit Dual Core desktop processor family – Athlon 64 X2 3800+.

So far, the price of Athlon 64 X2 processors with processing speeds 2.2GHz2.4GHz are sky high, ranged from USD$537 (RM2,040)USD$1,001 (RM3,804) each. With the latest Athlon 64 X2 3800+ coming into the market, this means we will have a cheaper priced 64bit Dual Core desktop processor for selection. This new processor is currently priced just under USD$370 (RM1,406). What a good news !! :)

Mozilla Browser For Mobile Devices – Minimo

After we have seen Opera came out with their mobile version of Opera 8, which can be run on Windows Mobile 2003 Smartphones. Mozilla Foundation has released a technology preview of a mobile device browser, codenamed Mimimo ( Sounds like Minime? :D ) that uses the same code base as the popular desktop Firefox browser. For your information desktop based Firefox has surpassed 75 million downloads to date.

Minimo 0.007 is for mobile devices running Windows CE and offers many of the features in Firefox, such as tabbed browsing, support for plug-ins and has an interface written in eXtensible User Interface Language (XUL), Chris Hofmann, director of engineering at Mozilla, said. By the way, XUL supports cascading style sheets (CSS), which is helpful in adapting web pages to the small screens of cellular phones and to reduce loading time; JavaScript and resource description language, (RDF), for storing dynamic content.
